K House is a two-storey split-level home of 500 m², renovated to bring more comfort while keeping the spirit of the original building. The design uses simple industrial elements like exposed plaster, natural marble, and stone accents. The exterior stays modest, while the interior opens to warm views of the garden, pool, and surrounding trees. Construction challenges from the old structure required flexible design adjustments, but the final result maintains a clean, honest, and characterful industrial-modern feel.
